How booking works

You only see rooms that are free on your dates, with the board type and the final price, including the hotel's mandatory fees. The cancellation policy appears before you pay, with the exact penalty for each period. If you cancel, the refund goes back automatically to the card you paid with, and the invoice is reversed on its own. If you have a question about the hotel, our agent writes directly to the Solvex operator from your booking and gets the answer in the same place.

Before launch we verified the whole flow on the live systems with a real test booking at St. George SKI & Holiday in Bansko, paid by card, then cancelled and refunded: from search to confirmation, voucher, invoice and reversal, without a single email exchanged by hand.

How we built the integration with Solvex

Solvex gave us access to their booking API and their hotel content. Their IT team worked with ours on an evaluation server for several months, answered every technical question the same day, and certified the integration in July 2026.

We tested the hard cases together: multiple rooms on one booking, same-day check-in, cancellations with penalties, messages between agents and operators. When something did not work, they told us exactly why.

Solvex gave a small agency the same attention a large partner gets, and it shows in how the booking flow works today.
