A reset day in the heart of Dealu Mare, Romania's most renowned wine region, with grape varieties representative of Fetească Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. You spend the entire day at Crama de Piatră, a picturesque location built from local limestone, surrounded by vineyards.
The day begins with a minibus transfer from Brașov or Bucharest to Dealu Mare. On arrival, a guided tour of the winery with a presentation about winemaking, followed by a tasting of 5 wines carefully selected from Crama de Piatră's portfolio.
The central activity of the day is the team blending workshop. Under the guidance of the winery's oenologist, each participant tastes the component wines, learns about structure and assembly, then composes their own blend. The wine is bottled on the spot, with a personalized label: a unique souvenir.
The meal is served at the winery restaurant, where the participants' blends also reach the glass. Small group of 18 people, relaxed pace and personalized experience.

We meet you at the designated point in Brașov or Bucharest, announced in advance. Check-in, welcome and a short introduction by the guide and fellow participants.
About two hours by minibus, through Ploiești toward Gura Vadului. Along the way, the guide kicks off with a wine quiz to break the ice and set the tone.
